First Trip To The Lake

We recently took a weekend trip to Placid Lake and Auntie Barb's cabin. Tahlia loved the water, but was cautious, she wanted to make sure she had a good grip on mommy or daddy while she was in the water. Barb took some great pictures, and as usual we brought our camera along and forgot to ever use it, so thank to Barb we can share some pics from our little getaway.

I went for a bike ride that morning and when I got back and saw Tahlia from a distance I thought there was a huge wound on her head. Turns out it was just a little cherry juice.

"Oh how I love being at the lake it is sooo peaceful..."

"Wait a minute, is that the paparazzi over there?"

"Ughhh it is the paparazzi, I thought I was going to be able to relax this weekend."

"Oh well guess I better give them a smile."
