Christmas Photos

These are a few Christmas photos of Tahlia and we have some more to add. These pictures were taken by our friend Anna Vancleeve, we love the way they turned out. It is actually one of the few times that she smiled for the camera, usually she trying to figure out what the camera is and has a very inquisitive look on her face.








Also, Tahlia is very good at growing, at her 4 month checkup she weighed 19 pounds and was 26 inches long. Most people think she is a lot older than she is, when they find out she is only 4 months they usually say "well look at her parents".

Halloween

Tahlia's first Halloween was a big one. She got to "Meet and Treat" with a bunch of the Bobcat student-athletes before going to a Bobcat Volleyball match on Friday, Saturday she watched the Cats beat ISU in football and then went to her friend Hadley's Birthday/Halloween party.

Nana was a little excited for Tahlia's first Halloween and decided she needed two costumes, which worked out perfectly because she had one for Friday and another for Saturday.

Costume #2 Little Piglet (dad was a little unsure about this one at first, but I have to admit she was very cute and everyone loved the costume).

She loved chewing on the big bow and trying to grab her hooves.

Just hanging out with her friend Tara, I think that litte costume was pretty comfy and cozy.

Little Bobcat Fan

Here are some pics of Tahlia getting ready before a Bobcat game, the game was unusually cold so she was going to spend the day with Nana and Papa, but they decided to bring her up at half time. Fortunately we were able to have her inside and she proved to be a very popular little girl with the fans in the clubhouse, and got to meet lots of new people.

One of my coworkers gave her the cute little MSU beanie (Thanks Karoline) to keep her nice and warm while watching the Cats. She also got to wear her first pair of sneakers, which we think are just adorable. Although Tahlia likes to watch football, I think that she may be like her mommy when it comes to going to the games, she likes the social aspect a little more than watching the action.

Tahlia at Two Months

It is hard to believe that Tahlia is already two months old, it seems like we brought her home only days ago. Tahlia had her two month check up a few days ago, and now weighs 15lbs and is 24 inches long. That puts her in the 95 percentile for height and "off the charts" (per the Dr.) for weight.
We love watching her little personality emerge more and more each day, she is such a happy baby and loves smiling and trying to talk to us. Here are a few pictures taken over the past few weeks, we also took some family photos that we will add soon. Paige just returned to work last week and Tahlia is spending her days with her Nana and Papa. She is truly the luckiest little girl alive and could not be more loved by her Nana and Papa. We owe you so much Mom and Dad and can't thank you enough for this amazing gift.

A couple of weeks ago, we went up to the lake for a surprise birthday party for our friend Cory. Tahlia got to play with her friends Brady and Olivia, and made a new friend Max.

Because Tahlia is growing so fast, the clothes we thought she would be wearing this winter are making their appearances...We just had to put her in this cute outfit given to us by our friend Beaz. Too cute.
Love this picture of Tahlia and John. Tahlia seems to be taking after her father in terms of her love of football. She and her Daddy just love watching games together. John jokes that he finally has someone to watch football games with. Tahlia will probably have me beat in terms of football knowledge in about, oh lets say, two more months...

Our Growing Little Girl

Tahlia has gained over 4lbs in her first 6 weeks and now weighs 12lbs 14oz. She loves smiling and we love seeing her big beautiful toothless grin. Here are some of her latest pictures.
